Northwest Florida Community Land Trust

The Home Builders Association of West Florida (HBA) in a partnership with the Northwest Florida Community Land Trust is building three affordable homes in the city of Pensacola, Florida.

As you may know, the HBA historically builds a “Dream Home” through member donations to raise funds for the operation of the HBA.

With housing affordability in the national spotlight and the current critical need for more attainable housing locally, the HBA has partnered with the Northwest Floridda Community Land Trust to build three affordable homes rather than the traditional “Dream Home”.

Encore Homes by ParsCo is one of the home building companies that have volunteered to build a home for the Northwest Florida Community Land Trust.

With this in mind, please consider making a materials / and/of services donation or a financial contribution to the HBA Affordable Housing Project.

Every little bit helps improve the project bottom line. Any donation benefits the entire HBA membership and homebuilding industry.   The funds raised through this project sustain HBA advocacy efforts and allow the HBA to keep standing up for housing and for the construction industry,

But, more importantly, by donating to the NWFL HBA, you are a part of something that will truly have a positive impact on our local community as these three homes will remain in the Land Trust even if they change hands and will therefore always remain affordable.
