In an effort to help students who want to earn a living in the construction industry, Amir Fooladi, of ParsCo Construction and Encore Homes, has created “The Student Constructors Endowed Scholarship” at Pensacola State College (PSC).
This will help students in Carpentry, Drafting Design, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC programs.
Please join us on August 17th, at 3:30 p.m. at Pensacola State College, Building 18, Parking Lot W. for the announcement and dedication of the scholarship. This is off Airport Blvd.
Amir, who serves as the Secretary on the HBA Board of Directors, encourages you support the cause by donating to PSC Alumni Association and designate: The Student Constructors Endowed Scholarship. See attached flyer.

Construction has begun!
The Brent Lofts at One Palafox Place in Pensacola, Florida will feature 30 contemporary, luxury units on the second and third floors of the historic Brent building – ranging from 400-square-foot individual studios to 1,340-square-foot residences.
One Palafox Place hosts a number of Pensacola’s thriving nightspots and restaurants within the recently restored, century-old Brent and Blount buildings, along with commercial offices and resurfaced parking.

Fooladi says he is proud to uplift the industry in which he has over 20 years of experience.
His commitment to the next generation of construction professionals is illustrated by this generous scholarship and the time Fooladi volunteers as an adjunct professor at the University of West Florida.
This scholarship was established as part oft he Alumni Matching Program and will provide awards ranging from $500-$1500

Progress is being made on the construction of a subterranean ICON A5 hanger with full living quarters above in Pensacola Florida.
The ICON A5 is an American amphibious light-sport aircraft designed and produced by ICON Aircraft.
