Encore Homes by ParsCo holds a General Contracting License in the State of Florida, allowing ParsCo to build and construct any type of project without restrictions.
The General Contracting license is the most difficult license to attain. Residential license holders are restricted to only building homes, Building Contract Licenses can do commercial work but only up to 3-stories.
ParsCo is a State Certified General Contractor allowed to build projects in any County throughout the State of Florida.

Projects are judged on a variety of criteria such as safety, personnel management, quality control, scheduling and degree of difficulty.

As we leave October, block is being made ready to install at the Courtyard by Marriott – Pensacola West in preparation for the slab.
We have had a great experience thus far on this project with Southern Ventures.
This 124 room, 6 story hotel will be the first hotel in Florida as traffic comes into the state along the I-10 corridor from Alabama, and is situated at the apex of commercial development within Pensacola, just down the road from the Navy Federal Credit Union campus.

ParsCo, LLC and our team including Cross and other local subcontractors are proud to be part of Tyndall Air Force Base’s mission to restore the base post Hurricane Michael.
We have started demolition of Hanger 5, the largest building on base and are making quick progress.
ParsCo looks forward to the future rebuilding efforts and restoring Tyndall AFB with our new construction team once we complete the demolition efforts.
Hangar 5, originally built in 1962, sustained significant damage during Hurricane Michael.
